Cannabis Marketing Standards Committee
CMA Cannabis Marketing Standards Committee:
- Provides information on regulations and best practices for marketing cannabis in Canada.
- Proposes and contributes to materials to inform marketers about the regulations and best practices.
- Collaborates with Health Canada to seek clarification on regulatory matters, and to pursue common objectives within the legislative framework, such as achieving more clarity on promotional activities while ensuring that children and youth are protected.
